• Fixed Project Cost:For projects with a fixed cost, the total fee will be outlined in the service agreement and is payable as specified in the agreement.
• Milestone Payments:For projects structured around milestones, payments will be due upon the completion of specified milestones as detailed in the project agreement. Each milestone will be clearly defined, along with the corresponding payment amount and due date.
• Payment Methods:We accept various payment methods, as specified on our website. Clients are responsible for any fees associated with their chosen payment method.
• Late Payments:If you fail to pay any fees due, we may charge a late fee and/or suspend or terminate your access to the Services until payment is received. In the event of late payment, we reserve the right to suspend ongoing work until the outstanding balance is settled.
• Refund Policy:All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in the service agreement. Any requests for refunds will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all confidential information exchanged during the course of the Services confidential and not disclose it to any third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Immanent Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to your use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Services in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to protect and defend Immanent Solutions, along with its affiliates and all their employees and representatives, from any legal claims, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) that may arise due to your use of our services, any violations of these Terms, or any infringement of someone else's rights.

Termination
